Around 5 years of design experience of which 2+ years using CreO including design and detailing of machined components , sheet metal parts and occasional casted parts.
- BoM creations
- Working knowledge of Windchill or other similar PLM including publishing.
Making new designs or updating existing designs for board, plywood and veneer making or lamination machinery. These are conveyor-based machines.
- Besides 3d Models , creating manufacturing drawings.
- 3d work in CreO in Windchill environment.
- Working with design automation like Master model or geometric skeleton for improved cad productivity.
- Locating and using standard bought out elements like Motors, Bearings, Gearboxes, LM guides and Bushes etc.
- Extensive use of sensors, limit switches and other automation elements.
- Basic knowledge of Pneumatic circuits and actuators.
